Founded more than 30 years ago, JGA Group is a well established and growing independent training provider.
Working with 125 different employers, both household names and smaller specialist companies, JGA Group delivers work-based education and short courses across a range of sectors, including business, health and social care, events, and the creative industries. With around 500 apprentices and over 1,000 individuals starting short courses each year, learners are immersed in the practical application of tools and techniques in niche areas.
Created in collaboration with employers, JGA offers apprenticeships up to Level 7 in corporate growth functions including business transformation, sales and marketing, and communications. Their Skills Bootcamps are designed to enhance the employability of individuals, supporting entry into different industry roles and offering insights into the knowledge and skills required for career development. Courses are delivered flexibly in inclusive learning environments to accommodate leaners' needs, with content designed specifically in response to workforce demand and sector skills gaps.
Awarded an Outstanding Ofsted rating in July 2025, JGA were praised for the curriculum relevance of their programmes and responsiveness to stakeholder needs. They have won multiple awards for their commitment to excellence and high quality provision, including the Queen’s Award for Enterprise.
