Founded in 1946 by Doreen Bird and based in Sidcup, South East London, Bird College has grown into an internationally respected provider of specialist education. Bird College delivers a flagship BA (Hons) in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre designed to build versatility across dance, singing and acting while developing artistic, academic and professional skills. Alongside the degree, the College offers short courses and additional qualifications, including the Diploma in Dance Education for those wishing to pursue accredited teaching pathways, ensuring multiple routes into professional practice.
