Led by Tony Reeves and Phil Gomm from Ding Learning Ltd, this workshop will examine the implications of AI for academic writing and assessment, and consider strategies for developing more robust assessment practices.
Through collaborative activities and discussions, you will receive practical guidance about how you can redesign assessments to be more AI-resilient. We will show how creative assessment methods can increase the integrity and effectiveness of student evaluations in an AI-influenced environment. This workshop will give you the confidence to adapt assessment practices and ensure you are equipped to maintain academic standards.
This workshop is particularly aimed at staff with responsibility for quality assurance, curriculum development, and academic standards.
