Peer Group: Supporting disabled students - Accessibility

The first in a new four-part series for IHE Members to discuss how your institution supports disabled students.

We are delighted to announce that we are launching a new Peer Group for 2026 - creating opportunities for you to meet with other IHE Members to discuss how your institution is supporting disabled students, ask questions and share experiences. The format will be a facilitated peer discussion, with the first focusing on the following topic.

Join us for a discussion on how small and specialist providers can build accessible learning and physical spaces. Discussions may include designing accessible digital materials, adapting specialist equipment or studios, and creating proportionate solutions when resources are limited. Members can share approaches, challenges and practical tools for improving accessibility across their institution.
