Navigating Fee Uplifts: A Fireside Chat with Pinsent Masons

The government has announced changes to maximum undergraduate tuition fees and loans from 2025-26. There are variations on what may be possible for a provider, for instance based on a category of OfS Registration, and whether there is a TEF award and APP. Some providers may be dependent on their partnership arrangements to access the benefits of these changes. Crucially, all providers need to navigate CMA requirements and ensure they remain compliant, particularly where they are seeking to pass on the increase to continuing students.

Pinsent Masons and IHE will host this fireside chat to help members understand some of the opportunities and risks when considering changes to fees and associated policies and processes. The session will include practical advice on the steps providers should take in assessing how to respond to the fee increase news and implement increases.
