This member roundtable discussion will help inform potential Office for Students (OfS) reforms to specialist provider funding from 2027–28 onwards. We are particularly keen to hear from providers that currently receive SPG funding or are eligible to do so.
Specialist provider funding is currently only available to providers registered in the fee cap category. However, if you are approved, or not yet registered with the OfS but are considering moving into the fee cap category in the future, your views will still be valuable in shaping future policy and funding plans.
The roundtable will explore key issues such as:
- How well current SPG funding meets the needs of specialist providers.
- Barriers to accessing or using the funding effectively.
- The potential impact of future reforms on specialist institutions.
