About the speaker
Mel Smith, Head of Membership and Development at Advance HE, leads on developing services and resources for small, specialist and independent providers and FE colleges working in higher education. His role involves ensuring that Advance HE has member and non-member services that recognise the specific needs of providers who are not large universities.
