Employment law experts from IHE Partner Eversheds Sutherland’s Education sector team will provide an update on legal developments in the area of employment, with a particular focus on issues of importance to HE providers.
This is an essential session for all HR professionals and managers with HR responsibilities and will include updates on recent changes to holiday pay, flexible working and family-related rights. We will look ahead to the introduction of new provisions on freedom of speech, the right to request a more predictable work pattern and additional obligations in relation to harassment. We will also flag any changes that may occur following the General Election.
