Launchpad: becoming an apprenticeship provider

Apprenticeships are a key part of the government's plans to address skills gaps and create more opportunities. Recent reforms, including updates to apprenticeship assessment and ongoing changes to funding and oversight, mean that the policy landscape continues to evolve.

This session provides an introduction for all providers considering delivering apprenticeships. It covers what an apprenticeship is, how they are delivered and assessed, and what you need to consider if you would like to become an apprenticeship training provider.

The session will introduce the process for applying to the Apprenticeship and Provider Assessment Register (APAR), the documentation and data requirements, and key things you need to know about apprenticeship funding, regulation and compliance.
