Join this session to learn more about the Office for Students requirements for financial viability and sustainability, and how to complete the initial financial assessment.
The OfS carries out a comprehensive assessment of the financial performance and position of all registering providers, as part of its requirements under Condition D (financial viability and sustainability). Providers are required to submit evidence (including audited financial statements, forecast tables and written commentary) of their current, past and forecast performance. Once registered providers are required to submit evidence annually in the Annual Financial Return (AFR).
Financial sustainability is a key priority for the OfS, so this session is important for all those registering or considering registering to ensure they are prepared to meet these requirements.
This session will be delivered by The Harding Hub who will provide their top tips for completing both the registration and ongoing conditions. Two members will also share their experience of both the initial assessment and ongoing annual return and advice for providers who are new to these requirements.
