With the latest NSS results recently published, this timely session will support providers to turn insight into effective action based on student feedback. Through a mix of expert input, analysis of anonymised NSS data from IHE members, and case studies from Student Voice Plus's work with providers across the sector, participants will explore how institutions are using NSS findings to drive meaningful improvements in the student experience.
NSS data remains a key driver of enhancement across the sector, helping providers identify strengths and areas for development, and will be integral to future TEF activity. This practical, interactive workshop will provide an opportunity to reflect on your own results, learn from sector practice, and begin developing impactful improvement plans tailored to your context.
