- The staffing needed to support governance
- The support required for staff taking on or supporting governance roles
- Schemes of delegation
- Governance calendars
- Annual reviews of effectiveness — what information the Board needs, and when to start collecting it
This workshop is aimed at IHE Members with responsibility for governance, board support, or clerking.
