Following discussions in our Access and Participation network meetings we are in the process of putting together two working groups: one focused on “Women in Tech,” the other on “Demonstrating Inclusive Cultures.” Sessions within this group, Women in Tech, will focus on collaborative outreach activities, where members will explore opportunities for working together to address the gender imbalance across different tech subjects in higher education.
These groups will meet again over the coming months to align collaborative activity with both provider and sector requirements. This is particularly relevant for those preparing for renewal of Access and Participation Plans, but is open to all members.
