At Leiths, we’ve always cooked from scratch with simple, fresh ingredients. It’s our recipe and it works every time. But fifty years since our founder Prue Leith opened our doors, we’ve made some bold changes to our offering by adopting a national approach to cookery education.

Our flagship Culinary Diploma will continue to cultivate exceptional food industry professionals. But as the cookery education specialists, we have developed the first ever complete pathway of cookery teaching from aged five right through to food and nutrition teacher training.

Leiths Education will connect its impressive heritage with the country’s current food education landscape. With years of experience in our back pocket, Leiths Education has the recipe to improve cookery skills across the country.
