The CGIUKI is the leading authority on governance and company secretarial practice. We currently provide tuition for the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP) and Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice (CCSP).
The CGQP is CGIUKI's flagship qualification equipping successful CGIUKI graduates for a variety of different career paths and giving them GradCG status and Chartered membership of CGIUKI upon successful completion.
The CCSP qualification is for those employed in company secretarial and share registration administration. Designed to give participants a practical understanding of corporate secretaryship and share registration practice, it is suitable for those who are new to the sector and also to those looking to improve their existing knowledge.
