Sexual Violence Liaison Officer (SVLO) Development Programme with Lime Culture

We are pleased to be working with Lime Culture who will deliver their SVLO development programme at a discounted rate for IHE members. This is an in-depth training programme, aiming to equip key higher education staff with the knowledge and skills to appropriately meet the needs of students and staff who are affected by sexual violence/misconduct.

What to expect

This is an in-depth training programme, aiming to equip key higher education staff with the knowledge and skills to appropriately meet the needs of students and staff who are affected by sexual violence/misconduct. It also seeks to give staff the confidence and expertise to help embed and influence practice in their organisation’s response to sexual violence.

Taking place in two parts, this programmes is six days in length, and when booking, you are booking for the entire programme. 

  • Module 1: Delivering an effective response to disclosures of sexual violence, identifying needs and managing risk | Monday 19 May 2025 – Wednesday 21 May 2025
  • Module 2: Facilitating access to appropriate support, including the involvement of the criminal justice process | Monday 16 June – Wednesday 18 June 2025

Who should attend?

This programme is suitable for any staff who work to support reporting and/or responding parties from the student or staff body, and those responsible for managing support services. It has been accredited by NCFE and on completion you will receive a certificate of achievement.
