How can institutions approach cases of harassment or sexual misconduct in a way that is both effective and trauma-informed?

In this 90-minute webinar, psychologist Dr Nina Burrowes, co-founder of The Consent Collective, will share insights on the human side of case management, drawing on her expertise in psychology and trauma.

We will explore:

  • How to take a trauma-informed approach when handling cases of sexual harassment
  • Essential knowledge that case panels need to ensure fair and effective outcomes
  • How to look after your own or your teams’ wellbeing and how to manage vicarious trauma

This training session is for any member of staff who is involved in case management and decision making in cases of harassment or sexual misconduct. This could include HR teams, student services staff, and panel members.
