OIA: Best practice in partnerships

In 2024, the Office for the Independent Adjudicator (OIA) updated the section of their good practice framework on delivering learning opportunities with others, and published a casework note and case summaries of complaints relating to placements.

The IHE report on academic partnerships found that there was more work to do with clarity in complaints and appeals when supporting students navigating between partner’s policies.

With all providers of higher education needing to have due regard to the OIA, and wider implications under the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), this interactive session led by the OIA will use case studies particularly relevant to those delivering in partnerships – both academic and otherwise – to consider the possibilities through a scenario-based lens.
