Employment law experts from Eversheds Sutherland’s education sector team will provide an update on legal developments in the area of employment, with a particular focus on issues of importance to higher education providers. This is an essential session for all HR professionals and managers with HR responsibilities.
This session will include an important reminder of the key areas for HR professionals as the implementation of the Freedom of Speech Act draws nearer, plus what is happening with the upcoming changes to neonatal care leave and pay. There will also be an update on the Employment Rights Bill, and the Government's plans to Make Work Pay, including mandatory ethnicity and disability pay gap reporting (for those with more than 250 staff).
