Introduction to the registration process with the Office for Students

In this webinar we will be joined by members of the Office for Students registration team who will provide an overview of the revised registration process following changes to the regulatory framework in 2022.

The webinar will explore:

  • Major changes to the regulatory framework from 2022
  • New conditions for new providers and how the changes impact the registration process
  • Updates to the information submitted at registration
  • Registration timelines – understanding how decisions are made
  • -Who is eligible to apply?
  • What are the benefits and responsibilities that come with applying?
  • What are the categories of application?
  • What evidence you will need to support your application

After a recent set of changes to the regulatory framework, OfS return to share the updated guidance for registration with providers registering for the first time, completing reapplications, or changing category of registration. Using their experience of registering over 400 providers, including many new, smaller and specialist providers, the team will outline the process of assessment, areas that are more frequently queried and how they will tell you the outcome of your application.

Hear from the OfS what the practical realities of the application process are and how processes have evolved. There will be opportunities for questions and discussion.Booking information
