The new government is pushing greater regulation for those providers who use international student recruitment agents to bring students to the UK. The higher education sector has responded by creating the Agent Quality Framework (AQF), a joint project by BUILA, UKCISA and the British Council.
In this short session, we will explore the possible outcomes of government initiatives to regulate agents, reacquaint members with the AQF, and discuss how independent providers can implement the key tenants of the framework to ensure students have a positive experience with agents who recruit responsibly and ethically.
