HR Forum on staff development and training provision

In this session, employment law experts from Eversheds’ Education sector team will join us to consider “the basics” that all HE providers should deliver training for in order to comply with their responsibilities as employers such as health and safety training, and data protection/ GDPR advice.

We’ll then go on to consider the methods IHE members are using to roll out this training, before exploring good practice in other staff development areas that go beyond basic legal requirements.   This will include a discussion on HR issues relating to sustainability, such as travel policies.
