How salary sacrifice can mitigate rising National Insurance costs

Join us to hear from Harding Hub how salary sacrifice can help you to offset the costs of increased national insurance contributions.

It was confirmed in the Autumn Budget that there will be a rise in employer National Insurance Contributions (NICs) from April 2025. The rate will be increasing to 15% from 13.85% and the secondary threshold at which an employer NICs is payable will be reduced from £9,100 to £5,000. This has the potential to significantly raise costs.

At this session, experts from Harding Hub, the UK’s first ever provider of integrated payroll, pensions and workplace benefits services, will talk you through how using salary sacrifice could be a solution to mitigate these additional costs. They will explore what your options are, how this could benefit your institution, and what you need to consider when implementing.

There will be opportunity for discussion and for you to ask your questions.
