Delivering learning opportunities with others: OIA consultation

The Office of the Independent Adjudicator has released a draft of their updated version of the Good Practice Framework: Delivering learning opportunities with others. This revised document aims to clarify how the overarching good practice framework should apply to partnerships, as well as the specific considerations for partnership arrangements. The guidance applies to all types of partner - from SCITTs to TNEs - but have they captured your arrangements and your nuances?

Join our overview of the new guidance and updated case studies to hear more ahead of the consultation deadline on 8 December. Feed in your views on whether the guidance sufficiently captures the realities of how you can consider complaints and appeals throughout the lifecycle of your partnership arrangements.
