Natalja Williams

Membership and Services Manager

Natalja is responsible for growing IHE's membership and supporting strategic member development initiatives and services. She oversees the Launchpad programme and IHE Consultancy services, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to strengthen the support available to members and prospective members. She is also the key contact for members seeking to raise their profile internationally and explore opportunities for global engagement.

A key part of Natalja's role is identifying and engaging providers whose values align with those of IHE, leading targeted campaigns and raising awareness of the benefits of membership. As the main contact for prospective and new members, she takes a keen interest in understanding each provider's priorities, ambitions, challenges, and policy context. Natalja supports institutions throughout the membership journey, from initial enquiry and application through to onboarding, helping new members build a sense of belonging and make the most of the opportunities to engage with the wider IHE community.

Before joining IHE, Natalja spent over a decade at QAA, holding roles across membership, standards and quality enhancement, and business development.

She holds an MSc in Marketing Management and Strategy from the University of Plymouth and serves as a school governor.
