Hannah is one of our Policy and Engagement Managers, leading IHE's policy work and member support across a number of areas, including industry and skills, apprenticeships, data, technology in education, and finance and funding.
Her responsibilities include leading IHE Networks and Forums, keeping members informed of policy and regulatory developments, and facilitating the sharing of good practice across the membership.
Hannah also leads research projects and, in 2026, authored the report Building a skilled economy: How IHE Members partner with industry. She represents IHE and our members in engagement with government, the Office for Students and other sector bodies, including through consultation responses, and sits on the HESA In-Year Data Programme Board.
Before joining IHE in 2025, Hannah spent 15 years working in large higher education institutions, managing strategic projects to improve student engagement, experience and success. This included leading complex change projects, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, and representing different perspectives to reach shared solutions.
