Gemma leads our external relations activity, managing IHE's stakeholder engagement. She is also responsible for our communications strategy, including press and media relations.
Before joining IHE in January 2023, Gemma spent over 20 years at another higher education membership body, focusing on careers and employability, and specialising in communications, stakeholder engagement, research, and policy.
