Claire has been Director of External Relations and Partnerships at the College of Medicine and Dentistry in Birmingham since 2022, and before that was Assistant Director of the International Office at the University of Warwick. Claire specialises in student immigration policy and compliance, the international student journey and internationalisation at home. Claire founded and chaired the national Immigration Compliance Network (ICN) until 2022. Claire is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and co-Chair of IHE’s International Education Forum.
