Advance HE's Innovative Practice Grants fund the creation of case studies highlighting initiatives that have demonstrated meaningful impact on staff or students in higher education.
Twenty projects have been awarded £500 grants under four key themes:
- Securing Student Outcomes
- Designing Education for the Future
- Promoting Belonging and Inclusion
- Leading Education Change.
Two IHE Members are amongst the recipients this year:
- Kaplan International Pathways in the Securing Student Outcomes category for their project, Kindness in Transition: Supporting International Students in Liminal Spaces through Social and Emotional Learning, led by Dr Victoria Wilson-Crane.
- Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in the Designing Education for the Future category for a project led by Paula Werrett, which focuses on meeting the training and CPD needs of busy medical and allied health care professionals, and those returning to nutritional therapy practice, using credit accumulation.
As an IHE Partner, we thank Advance HE for their continued support of innovation and diversity in higher education provision.
