In collaboration with IHE Partner Bevan Brittan and IHE Supporter Alkhemy, we are pleased to open registration for this training event focusing on student complaints and appeals.
This session will cover the role of staff in receiving, investigating and managing the processes for complaints and appeals, and explore how independent academic advice services can be practically implemented in alternative and private higher education settings, with real-world insight from a recent pilot that Alkhemy have been running.
The session will also look at what students need, how institutions can respond with limited infrastructure, and why timing, tone, and trust matter most. Expect practical takeaways and a chance to reflect on what good support looks like in our sector. Alkhemy will also give members an invitation to carry on the conversation with them to explore partnership working in this space.
A certificate of attendance will be provided to those who attend.
