Do the changes in the Equality Act affect how members should think about recruitment? How can employers use inclusive recruitment practices, especially for those with neurodiversity? What are the benefits and pitfalls of AI in recruitment?
Getting the recruitment process right is key to ensuring a pipeline of talented staff, but what are the legal considerations to be borne in mind and what are the pitfalls to avoid?
Delivered by IHE Partner Eversheds Sutherland, this session will look at the impact of discrimination legislation. What do you need to do to take into account disability related issues and reasonable adjustments? Are there any particular considerations with neurodiverse applicants? And how far can you apply positive action provisions to ensure a diverse workforce. We will also consider the pros and cons of AI in recruitment and the latest developments and guidance in this area.
