OfS on regulating transnational education

Join this online event to hear directly from the Office for Students (OfS) about their plans for regulating Transnational Education (TNE) students (who study for awards or courses of UK providers but study wholly overseas).

This is an important session in which the OfS will outline the changes in data collection from 2026/27 and how the OfS will apply their existing framework to students studying programmes overseas and online but outside the UK.

Members who work in partnership overseas, have overseas campuses using their brand or programmes, who deliver online to students who live outside the UK or who plan to do so should attend.

There will be opportunity for discussion and for you to ask your questions.
