What to expect
IHE's inaugural Academic Partnerships Conference is taking place on Monday 24 March 2025 at the London offices of Pinsent Masons, who are kindly sponsoring this event.
Academic partnerships are integral to the health of a thriving tertiary education sector, enabling student choice and opportunity. Recent announcements from the government and regulators in England and the UK nations have placed academic partnerships in the spotlight.
This full-day event is designed to provide insights, develop strategies and build connections as the sector seeks to proactively protect and promote high quality partnerships.
Open to teaching and awarding universities, colleges and higher education providers across the UK, we encourage members in academic partnerships to extend this invitation to their partner institutions.
The conference will bring together key stakeholders and commentators from across the higher education sector. Through interactive roundtables and group discussions, delegates will explore emerging themes and new approaches to strengthen academic partnerships for the benefit of all parties.
- Be the first to hear findings from recent sector roundtables on academic partnerships led by QAA in collaboration with IHE, UUK, OIA and Guild HE.
- Gain practical knowledge through facilitated, open discussions on a range of topics, including risk and due diligence, governance, regulation, quality assurance/enhancement, and student engagement.
- Network and share experiences and insights with colleagues in academic partnerships across the UK.
