Natalie leads the organisation’s internal operations and membership development activities. She oversees the systems, processes and services that enable IHE to deliver effectively for its members, ensuring the organisation is well positioned to achieve its strategic objectives and support continued growth.
Natalie’s responsibilities span finance, HR, governance, membership acquisition and service development. She leads operational planning, oversees the organisation’s systems and data infrastructure, and acts as secretary to the Board and its committees. As a member of IHE’s senior management team, she plays a key role in shaping organisational strategy and translating it into effective delivery.
Since joining IHE in 2017, Natalie has helped strengthen and scale the organisation through a period of significant growth and development. Prior to IHE, she worked in human resources across the charity and education sectors, including roles at the Royal Society of Arts and British Accreditation Council.
Natalie holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice.
