Ellen works on specific areas of policy and regulation, including provider funding and finance and equality of opportunity. She supports IHE members through policy work, advice, and training to help them to engage and comply with regulation and enhance provision for their students.
Before joining IHE in March 2024, she spent eight years working in various roles in two UK universities including strategy and policy development, and managing student-facing services.
