Phil has been President and Vice Chancellor of Richmond American University London since 2020, and before that, was Provost for 8 years. He led the successful TDAPs application and registration with the Office for Students, and oversaw the creation of Richmond’s unique dual degree award. Phil has worked and studied in China and Japan as well as the UK. He has dedicated his career to furthering international education opportunities and promoting diversity and international perspectives on learning, teaching and curriculum development and content. Phil is co-Chair of IHE’s International Education Forum.
