Are you eligible to register with the Office for Students? Join IHE and OfS as we explore some of the common questions around eligibility asked in the registration process and understand how a very diverse higher education sector fit into the regulatory model for England (or not).
This webinar will explore questions around eligibility for registration including:
- What courses are considered “Higher Education”?
- What does it mean to be a “provider whose activities are carried on, or principally carried on, in England”?
- Can providers in sub contractual arrangements apply?
- What body or corporate entity should register? What counts as the “Institution”?
- Can overseas colleges and universities register with OfS if they set up a campus in England?
- How can I confirm if I am eligible or not?
There will be an opportunity to ask questions and explore example scenarios to better understand the eligibility question.
