Michaela is responsible for membership growth, and is always pleased to hear from those interested in membership or our Launchpad programme. She also works on developing new services and benefits for members.
Before joining IHE briefly in April 2023 and then returning to a new role in June 2024, Michaela spent a decade in UK higher education and has managed a professional services function, provided consultancy to faculty leadership teams, and lectured. Previously, she has held roles in other membership and professional bodies.
